Article 2 – Facility Rules and Conditions of Access to the attraction
The purchase of a service from MULTIWEX SRL entails full acceptance of these Terms of Service, as well as the Facility Rules and the Conditions of Access to the attraction.
Article 3 – Ticket / gift voucher prices – No refund
- Management reserves the right to modify its tariffs at any time, without prejudice to visitors regarding the validity of reservations paid before such modification.
- As far as possible, Multiwex Management strives to inform its visitors of any disruption to its activities through regular updates on its website and social media.
- As this effort to provide information has the sole purpose of limiting, as much as possible, any inconvenience that customers may experience, it cannot in any way be interpreted as an acceptance by Management to grant any price reduction on activities for any disruptions that have not been mentioned through these channels.
- Regardless of the method of acquisition, reservations for Multiwex attractions will neither be exchanged nor refunded, either in whole or in part. In this respect, it makes no difference if:
- The reservation has not been used or can no longer be used by the purchaser;
- All or part of the attractions in the complex are or have been inaccessible, or part of them has been delayed during the validity period of the right of entry, for reasons related to the operation of the park (breakdown, safety issues, maintenance or renovation, restoration works, installation of new attractions, etc.), circumstances which may in no way be considered as force majeure.
- Even in the event of force majeure in the legal sense of the term, the obligation of MULTIWEX SRL shall be limited to offering the visitor a new date of use of the right of entry affected by the force majeure.
- Any participation in an activity is deemed to start at the scheduled time, and no refund may be requested in the event of late arrival. Depending on the circumstances invoked by the participant and the availability of the attractions, the rescheduling of the reservation shall be left to the discretion of Management or, failing that, to the Multiwex team.
Article 4 – Gift vouchers
It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit a Multiwex gift voucher in any way whatsoever. The attempt to sell or use an invalid right of entry, in addition to being subject to criminal prosecution, will immediately result in the confiscation of said right of entry, without any possibility of refund and without prejudice to compensation for the full damage suffered.
Multiwex declines any responsibility in the event of illegal use of a right of entry following its loss or theft, if such loss or theft has not been previously reported. The validity of promo codes on gift vouchers may, for example, be cancelled by Management upon request of the aggrieved holder.
Article 5 – Respect for intellectual property
The intellectual property rights of the website and its elements belong to MULTIWEX SRL. The sales contract concluded between MULTIWEX SRL and the buyer does not grant the latter any right to copy, reproduce, download, post, transmit or distribute any of the elements of the website www.multiwex.be.

Article 12 – Sale of rights of access to attractions
This chapter applies to the sale of rights of access through the website www.multiwex.be and to group events offered by means of a quote provided by our sales team.
Article 13 – Rates and definition of a “group”
- Group rates exist and apply to companies, associations, schools and institutions with more than 12 participants. Our sales teams are at your disposal to offer you a tailor-made event. A group event reservation will only be considered as scheduled once the proposed quote has been returned to us signed for approval.
- For up to 12 persons, public rates apply and only online booking makes it possible to secure the selected time slot.
- With the exception of the activities K7 Karaoke, Cube³ Pixel Floor and Buzz-e-Quiz, attractions are not privatised until the maximum number of players allowed for the session has been reached. Your group, especially if small, may therefore be joined by other players registering for the same session. No request for refund, discount or compensation shall be accepted in relation to this situation, which is deemed to be well known to participants.
Article 14 – Booking
- Bookings are made exclusively via the website, by creating or logging into a personal account and paying for the reservation. Article 15 – Payment for a reservation
- Participation in a Multiwex activity must be paid in advance, at the time of booking, online on the website www.multiwex.be

Multiwex is therefore not obliged to refund a reservation cancelled by the customer.
- Sessions booked via quotation (groups of more than 12 people, events, companies, etc.): acceptance of a quotation constitutes payment. Except in situations left to the discretion of Management, the amounts stated on a signed quotation shall be irrevocably due.
Article 17 – Provisions specific to groups and companies

In the event of participant withdrawals for activities or meals, Management reserves the right to compensate or not compensate the value of unused services by preloaded cards for the Starcadium arcade hall. For any group booking made on quotation:

Invoices are payable at the seller’s address, net and in cash, unless otherwise agreed at the time of order.
Cheques are not accepted.

In the event of dispute, the courts of Marche-en-Famenne shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 20 – Sale of Multiwex access rights by a third party
For tickets and/or discount vouchers purchased or obtained from a third-party reseller, the buyer is naturally bound by the contractual provisions governing their relationship with that reseller. However, entry into the complex constitutes acceptance of the Multiwex Internal Regulations and of the validity conditions of the offer proposed by the third-party seller.
The resale of rights of access offered by Multiwex is strictly prohibited, and MULTIWEX SRL reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against individuals or companies offering tickets (official or counterfeit) for sale without its express authorisation.
