How can I make a booking?

You can make bookings online via our ticketing system.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours vary by the day of the week. Please see our practical information to plan your visit.

Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, our free car park has 3,000 spaces, including disabled spaces and bike parking.

8 charging stations are also available for electric vehicles. Download the SMAPPEE app or touch your card to the sensor to use the station.

Is there a restaurant or catering on site?

Absolutely ! Discover our Red Planet Brasserie, where you can enjoy a wide variety of food and drink options between activities.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Our activities take place indoors, so you can still enjoy our leisure centre, even in bad weather.

I can’t find BattleKart on your website. Where can I book?

At the moment, BattleKart bookings must be made separately from the other activities at the centre.

Do you offer special rates for private events or groups?

We offer preferential rates to companies who want to organise a team building event at Multiwex.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets (except assistance dogs).

Is the facility accessible?

The site of the leisure centre is accessible to people with reduced mobility, except for the activities.
