The data collected
1. Via our online services
Your personal data is collected when you use one of our online services: purchasing an entrance ticket via our ticketing service, subscribing to our newsletter, requesting information via the contact form, participating in contests via our social networks, participating in satisfaction surveys, or using the Multiwex Wi-Fi network made available to you during your visit. This personal data may include, depending on the service used: last name, first name, gender, date of birth, postal address, telephone number and email address.
For security and monitoring reasons, including with regard to the required age for ordering tickets, providing personal (and truthful) data is a mandatory condition for purchasing tickets via the online ticketing service. Indeed, overall orders are non-transferrable, and may be subject to an identity check at the entrance of Multiwex. Please note that cookies are also used when you visit the www.multiwex.be website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your web browser to allow us to improve your browsing experience on our website by collecting some usage statistics. No personal or identifying information is collected via these cookies.
Finally, entering your email address on the Multiwex public Wi-Fi access page allows you to benefit from a free 4-hour connection throughout the entire infrastructure. The connection date(s) and time(s) are also collected.
2. Image rights
When visiting to Multiwex, you are likely to be photographed or filmed by one of our approved photographers and camerapeople at any time. Please note that the reproduction of images of groups or crowds during public events is permitted without seeking the permission of the people, provided that it does not infringe on their privacy. If this is the case and you would like to have content published on our website or social networks removed, you can send us a request via email to policy@multiwex.be.
Our use of data collected
The data we collect allows us to provide, manage and improve our services, as well as to develop new services. It also allows us to inform you about our leisure centre, in which you have explicitly indicated an interest by subscribing to our newsletter (via our website).

As mentioned above, when you subscribe to our newsletter, purchase a ticket or participate in the activities at our centre, you authorise us to collect your personal data and to process or use it for specific purposes in order to transmit the requested information to you.
