• Handle mise en place and preparation; work under the head chef’s supervision or independently, strictly following the provided spec sheets and recipes.
• Report missing ingredients or materials to the head chef and help ensure the kitchen is well organized.
• Guarantee quality and compliance with FASFC/AFSCA standards and HACCP principles.
• Work autonomously or as part of a team, depending on the service.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven kitchen experience; able to work independently and in a team.
• Autonomous and reliable, rigorous, well organized.
• Knowledge of hygiene rules and legal obligations.

STATUS

• Flexi-job or temporary contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  As a student – animator, you will be responsible for welcoming, accompanying, guiding and leading groups between the various activities.
• Depending on your position, you will be responsible for checking people in and out of activities.
• Ensuring that all groups arrive on time for the planned activities.
• Assist or replace one or other member of staff temporarily during the day.

REQUIREMENTS

• You will be available in the afternoons and/or evenings during the week, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
• You are efficient with basic IT tools (Google, Office Suite, etc.).
• You are able to express yourself in English and/or Dutch. Any other language is a plus.
• You’re not afraid of speaking in public to large groups.
• You are customer-oriented and have good commercial sense.
• You are dynamic, versatile and impeccably presented.
• You respect procedures.
• You don’t lose your cool in a rush.
• You integrate easily into a fast-paced team.
