Facility Rules

These Facility Rules may evolve according to the evolution of the leisure centre and regulations.

Art.1. – Any person or group who accesses the Multiwex premises is subject to these rules, as well as the associated documents (Terms of Service, Conditions of Access, etc.) and any additional instructions in the form of posters, pictograms, etc. located in our facilities. Additionally, all participants must comply with the instructions and directives given by our staff, whether they are in the car park, in the leisure areas or in the dining areas.

Art.2. – Multiwex is open to the public according to the hours published on our website multiwex.be. However, some activities may be full or unavailable for a variety of reasons:

  • Certain activities may book up quickly to their maximum capacity; even if the hours indicate that the activity is normally open, it is possible that all available spaces are already occupied by other participants.
  • When trade fairs or other special events are held at the WEX, certain activities may be reserved exclusively for participants of these events. This may result in said activities being temporarily unavailable to the general public.
  • There may also be unplanned interruptions due to maintenance of a particular activity. This work may make an activity temporarily unavailable.

Art.3. – Unless otherwise authorised by the Management, access to the various activities is subject to prior registration (via our website or on site) and payment of the corresponding entrance fees.

Art.4. – The Management reserves the right, for technical reasons or due to a force majeure event, to temporarily or permanently close our facilities, without giving rise to any compensation or damages.

Art.5. – Access to the premises is prohibited to persons accompanied by animals (except guide dogs for the visually impaired), to individuals in a state of intoxication, under the influence of psychotropic substances, or in a state of obvious uncleanliness. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and have written permission from their parents.

Art.6. – It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the Multiwex premises, including in the dining areas.

Art.7. – The consumption of outside food and drinks is prohibited in our facilities. Similarly, consuming food or drinks (even if purchased from us) in boarding areas or activity areas is prohibited (with the exception of the karaoke rooms and the BattleKart bus area).

Art.8. – Any behaviour that is disruptive or disrespectful of others is prohibited, whether in the game areas or common areas.

Art.9. – As a family-friendly complex, the Management reserves the right to exclude any individual in the event of inappropriate behaviour. This includes any behaviour of a sexual or obscene nature, as well as any attempted nudity for the purpose of photography. Photographs taken using automatic photo kiosks that are deemed inappropriate will be deleted without being published or transmitted to the customer.

Art.10. – Participants are required to respect these rules as well as the safety instructions during the activities. The Management cannot be held liable for any incident occurring in our facilities or in the car park, outside the scope of the activities.

Art.11. – Multiwex cannot be held liable in the event of loss, theft, disappearance or damage to personal belongings. Secure lockers are made available free of charge to store participants’ personal belongings at activities that require storage. The owners are responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles parked in the car park.

Art.12. – Multiwex does not provide a childcare service. Parents are responsible for supervising their children who are not participating in the activities for the duration of their visit.

Art.13. – Failure to comply with the rules may result in the exclusion of the participant from the activity without refund. Multiwex reserves the right to exclude anyone who does not comply with these rules from our facilities.

Art.14. – In the event of a dispute, Multiwex Management will be solely entitled to determine the measures to be taken. Complaints or suggestions must be sent in writing to the Management at info@multiwex.be or by post to Multiwex, rue des Deux Provinces, 1 à 6900 Marche-en-Famenne.

Art.15. – Multiwex reserves the right to use the media (photos or others) taken in our facilities and to ensure their free dissemination.

Art.16. – These rules will be displayed visibly on our premises on a permanent basis.

Art.17. – In the event of a serious dispute, the courts of the Arrondissement of Marche-en-Famenne will have sole jurisdiction.
